Please avoid alcohol, multivitamins, vitamin E for 48 hours prior to treatment. ​ You can take arnica tablets for 1 week prior to appointment to further minimise bruising.

Results typically last 6-9 months but that depends on the filler and how quickly your body metabolises it.

Avoid exercise for 24 hours. Please continue to avoid painkillers for 48 hours after treatment. Avoid hot showers and steam for 24 hours. Do not touch the area. No sun beds or saunas. Please avoid hot drinks for 24 hours. Massage the area and use a warm compress if lumps develop.
